The judge’s recommendation follows the Likud’s petition to the Electoral Commission against Darkenu. This means that if the Electoral Commission forces the Darkenu movement to register on the State Comptroller’s website – the scope of the association’s activities is expected to be reduced – following an amendment to the recent party funding law.
