Before joining Darkenu, Eyal held several key positions in social organizations, including Senior Finance Manager at the Aharai! Movement, Director of the International School at Reichman University (formerly the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya), and CEO of the Future Leaders Foundation.

Eyal holds a Master’s degree in Political Science with a specialization in Governance from the University of Haifa.

He previously served as an emissary for the Jewish Agency in Belgium and San Diego, USA.
