The ruling of the chairman of the Central Election Commission, Justice Meltzer, according to which the “Darkenu” movement is considered an active body in the elections and therefore must act in accordance with the Party Funding Law, gives the law too broad an interpretation, in a way that infringes on freedom of expression.
