A social activist, an expert in conflict resolution and a political analyst.
He holds a master’s degree in conflict resolution from the University of Haifa and a master’s degree in public administration from Hartford University.
He is currently Director of the Equality and Shared Society Department at the Givat Haviva Center and a Research Fellow at the Robert Bosch Academy in Berlin, as a researcher of the status of national minorities in Europe. He is also a research fellow at the Hartman Institute.
In the past, he has held various political positions in the United Arab List, served as joint director general of The Abraham Fund Initiatives and led a number of projects in the field of integrating women into employment, integrating Arab teachers into the Hebrew education system, and more. In addition, he served as a member of the Education Policy Recommendations Committee for a joint company and in the Strategic Planning Committee of the Economic Development Authority of the Minority Sector.
